ABOUT US
For more than 15 years we have been renting our beautiful architect-designer apartment on the Naschmarkt to people who love culture and design. Our top priority is to always enable our guests to have the best possible stay in Vienna. We are available around the clock for questions/suggestions and are always interested in providing our guests a relaxed journey. Our apartment has been furnished and designed with a lot of love and passion. The apartment offers the perfect place to relax, work or simply spend time with your beloved.
THE Apartments

THE Apartment is an architect-designer apartment in the pulsating heart of Vienna. Within a 5-10 minute walk you can not only reach the beautiful 1st district, where you find great shops, boutiques and restaurants, but also the famous Naschmarkt right in front of the apartment. There you can expect an enormous variety of different culinary offers: Turkish, Indian, Italian, Austrian and everything a culinary loving heart desires. Furthermore, the city of Vienna welcomes you with its great flair and numerous cultural offers and many leisure activities for the whole family.

Our offers
Wifi​
Our entire apartment provides you with free WiFi (50 Mbit). Working, streaming and surfing is no longer a problem.

Electronic devices
​
TV & CD player are of course included in the apartment. In addition, we offer you great books worth reading as well as a wide variety of different CD's.
Bathroom
Here you will find a spacious shower tray. The toilet is in a separate room, right next to the bathroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and everything a cooking enthusiast heart desires!
Housekeeping

Towels, bed linen and more are of course also included in the price. We allow us to charge 40€ for cleaning purposes. After each guest, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and lovingly prepared for our next visitor.

In less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the famous culinary hotspot "Naschmarkt". The market offers a great atmosphere and a wide range of culinary delights. We are also happy to provide information about our Naschmarkt favorites!

Cultural attractions
Various cultural sights can be reached within a 20-minute walk. Belvedere Palace, the Hofburg, St. Stephen's Cathedral and numerous others. Exciting museums are also waiting to be discovered: MuseumsQuartier, MAK or the Naturhistorische Museum . You are provided with more information in various brochures in the apartment.
Culinary
The famous culinary hotspot Naschmarkt is right in front of the apartment's doors. There you will find numerous different restaurants with food from all over the world (oriental, Italian, Indian, Turkish,...). Around 120 different stands and restaurants offer a unique culinary selection.
Shopping
Within 10 minutes you can not only reach the famous Mariahilferstraße, but also the 1st district, which welcomes you with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Wachau
The WACHAU World Heritage Site is only 1 hour away from where our roots lie. A 30km stretch of the Danube valley between the towns of Krems and Melk. World famous for its stone terraces and for the wines growing on them.
